Welcome to Looxy! These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Looxy mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Looxy Private Limited ("Looxy," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all the foregoing eligibility requirements.

The Service is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Service for any commercial purpose or in any manner that violates these terms and conditions or any applicable law or regulation.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Looxy provides a platform for you to book appointments with salon and spa service providers. Looxy is not responsible for any services provided by the service providers, and your use of the service providers' services is solely at your own risk. Looxy does not guarantee the availability of any service providers or the quality of their services.

If you choose to book an appointment with a service provider through the Service, you agree to pay the service provider's fee as displayed on the Service. Looxy does not process payments on behalf of service providers and is not responsible for any payment disputes between you and service providers.

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Looxy a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Service and Looxy's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

Looxy may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from computer viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Looxy, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service or this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree.
